Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are damaged or show signs of wear (beyond initial inspection) are not eligible for a return or refund.

Certain final sale items (if any) may not be eligible for return. Any exceptions will be indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Processing
